I started with small automation tools and trading bots, then kept finding the same problem: an AI can produce a lot of work before anyone notices that the boundary was wrong.
So I document the permissions, review gates, tests, and stopping conditions that make delegation workable. The goal is not a perfect AI system. It is a system that can be checked and stopped.
The public record lives across this site, note, X, and GitHub. Success is useful, but the repair log is usually more reusable.
